Ok, it requires just 3 ingredients and absolute no experience of cooking 😉 Yayyyy ! I know right ?! I surely know how to keep you on my page !
So, as I said , you need only 3 ingredients-
Ripe Avocado, dark chocolate, coconut oil and dessicated unsweetened coconut !

Ingredients
- 1 medium ripe avocado meat mashed with a fork
- 4 cubes 99% dark Lindt melted with 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 drops stevia/erythritol as per taste.
- 4 tbsp unsweetned dessicated coconut
- 1 tsp cardamom powder

Instructions
- Remove the avocado seed and spoon out the ripe avocado meat in a bowl. Mash it with a fork.
- Add 4 tbsp of the unsweetened coconut and cardamom in the mashed avocadoes. You may require more to form a soft dough-like consistency.
- Grease your palms and make 8 balls of the truffles and place them on a greased plate or a parchment paper. Keep them in the freezer for 10 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil by microwaving it in a bowl for 30 seconds.
- Take out the balls from the freezer, pierce a fork in it slightly and dip them in the chocolate and place them on the parchment.
- Now what ? Eat them 😛 😛
