Ingredients
- 1 cup cold brewed coffee strong, the better 😉
- 100 ml or 1 cup vanilla unsweetened almond milk or plain almond milk, add 1 tsp vanilla essence . replace with coconut milk for nut-free, dairy-free
- 2 tbsp heavy cream or fresh cream substitute with coconut cream for dairy free
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder optional
- 1 tbsp MCT oil/ Coconut Oil
- 2-3 drops Stevia/ Erythritol or use any keto-compliant powdered sweetener as per taste
- 4 cubes ice

Instructions
- Add all the ingredients in the grinder and pulse for 5 minutes until all the ice has blended and you get a froth on top. Enjoy 🙂
- This also freezes well as ice-cream, just use double the amount of heavy/fresh cream and freeze just for about 1.5 hours. Have it all at once, or it becomes an ice block . (not enough fats leads it to be an ice block)
